The Air Force is facing one of the most exciting and challenging periods in its history. We have many projects on at the moment and are seeking people who are able to give their support during this busy period. This year we are working hard to introduce several new and upgraded aircraft into the fleet, while at the same time undergoing a period of significant organisational change in order to provide effective support to the operational element of the RNZAF. We will also continue to provide support for the various missions and activities that the New Zealand Defence Force is involved in globally.

In order to continue working at this operational pace, as well as ensure that the upcoming changes will meet our future needs, we are seeking people who are able to help out. We are particularly interested in people who have been trained in the RNZAF, or are ex-military. Perhaps you are able to help out for several days each month, or maybe only a few hours every week. We are keen to hear from you and discuss ways in which you are able to assist us.

We are interested in people across most trades for the Reserve. Our preference is for ex-Service people, but those without military experience or backgrounds may also register interest for future positions. You will still need to have the skills and experience necessary to work in the RNZAF though.
